Cejas is very good at making people laugh. He's a bit of a ham and loves to have his picture taken. He once approached a woman with her iPhone and danced around her, using every cute face he knew, tilting his head sweetly, wagging his tail in circles. She turned to me and said, "I only want to call my daughter." I replied, "If you'll take his picture, he'll leave you alone." She did, and he did.
