Rosie is an 8 month old Queensland Heeler mix, adopted from the Monterey County SPCA last December! She is full of energy, a friend to everyone she meets, and so full of love! Rosie enjoys chasing a ball, turning around at least three times before laying down, and attempting to befriend the skeptical family cat. She is the best representation of the sweet, loyal, and playful community that makes up our beautiful county.
