Pet's Story or Bio
Joe was rescued from a puppy mill in the Ozarks when he was 10 weeks old. He lives in Carmel with his brother, Sammy the cat and his people. He goes to the beach all the time and has been to Costa Rica a dozen times. He is also a certified Medical Service animal . Joe is amazing and wonderful and is loved and adored by all his family and friends. He is truly a Rock Star!!!!!
