All three of these cats were abandoned in San Antonio's Brackenridge Park where I was the Conservancy's Vice-Chairman and the founder of the park's rescue program for animal's such as these (Brackenridge Park Community Cat Program). I've since retired but only after saving some 300+ cats, dogs and assorted other creatures over a seven year span. Both Taylor and Tilley were considered unadoptable, Tilley for behavioral and health issues, Taylor for a number of health maladies. Anette made the family team as a foster mother to many of the kittens that came through our program and went on to adoption. She was foster mother to both Tilley and Taylor. These cats make the trip between California and Texas every summer - but all three prefer Carmel where they lounge together in the warm sun and cool ocean air!
