Big boy Bruno is a gift that came to us during COVID. Having just had a house fire and now in a rental, the last thing we were looking for was a dog. I couldn’t help myself looking at the SPCA website each day. I talked myself out of every dog for 6 months until one morning Bruno’s face popped up on the adoption site. Next thing I know I am hitting the send button after filling out the application. By 4pm the same day we got the call to come in and meet Bruno. It was an instant connection. He came home with us the same day. He lifted our spirits immediately. He has not left our side since that day. He goes to work with his Daddy everyday and spends mornings snuggling in bed with us while we listen to his favorite Native American flute music (no joke..he loves it).
