Toby was found wandering the streets of Santa Clara when a resident picked him up and brought him to Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority (SVACA).

Stephanie was the first person who expressed interest in him when his picture was posted. She put a "hold" on him to seriously think about the responsibility of taking care of her first dog. When many people showed interest in meeting him, she quickly made the decision to adopt. One of her best decisions ever......two very happy campers who are very fortunate to find each other! Toby has such a great personality......non-excitable, quiet, smart, loves his squeaky toys, and loves to be held. He was a diamond in the "ruff".
