Pet's Story or Bio
Maui is our new best friend! We adopted him in February from the Monterey county SPCA and brought him home to share our lives on the mountain side by the sea. His favorite place to hang out is right outside the front door where we bring him lots of carrots. He enjoys exploring and grazing on 30 acres with his companion thoroughbred gelding, Finn. They are both so friendly and are always invited to hang with us outside. They love meeting our friends when we have bbq’s and welcome everyone to their little slice of heaven!
For exercise, he is a trusting trail horse who often enjoys the company of his sheepadoodle brother, Bambino, on the rides. After a long ride, he loves to be bathed with the hose. He even loves to drink the water straight from the nozzle at the end of the bath. He loves to cared for and we love taking care of him. He doesn’t go anywhere without his brother from another mother, Finn. They are two peas in a pod that are living their best lives.
We love Maui so much and couldn’t imagine life without him. He is a true blessing to have in our family.
