Pluto was the ring leader (alpha kitten) of a litter of 7 kittens dumped in the front yard of a random home. The resident of the home was preparing to move and was frantic to see that the kittens were cared for, as she could not. A group of feral cat caretakers heard about her plight and networked to get all the kittens placed in homes or foster homes. I was lucky to adopt Pluto - he arrived on the same day that photos of the (Planet?) Pluto were transmitted to earth. Therefore his name! He is a busy cat and keeps me laughing and on my toes at all times.
