Wiley Kai was meant to be mine! I saw her on a website only to find she was being fostered 5 hours away! They called her Peach. I happened to be traveling to that city on business for the first time in 20 years that very weekend. On the drive to meet her, there were signs everywhere advertising peach ice cream, fresh peaches, and even peach lattes! I knew she was calling me to her!! As soon as I saw her across the parking lot, she came right to me and stood gently up on my legs! As I knelt to greet her, she nuzzled me like she’d always been mine. We’ve been inseparable ever since!!
