Miss Molly is a rescue through Wheatens In Need in Katy, Texas. She's 2 years old. She came to us weighing 20 lbs. with severe diarrhea. At 10 months old, she had already been in 3 different homes within one family because of her condition. They were feeding her a diet of canned pumpkin and pulverized turkey - it looked like pumpkin soup. They all got tired of the problem and decided to give her away. Lucky us! Within 24 hours we had the problem under control. We put her on the proper diet - Science Diet puppy food. She ate 6 bowls of dry food at once and would have eaten more if we had let her. We've had her a year now and she's doing great. We have a Goldendoodle, who's also a rescue, and they are the best of friends. My husband and I believe whole heartedly in rescuing and adopting from the SPCA and local shelters. We've been doing it since 1994.
