Sup dawgs! The name is Lewie, formerly known as Boss. Lots of rock stars change their names, so here I am, living like a Rock Star!! Wasn’t always this way though, some may say I’ve had a hard knock life prior to my SPCA adoption.

I was rescued along with many other dogs and cats after being left neglected in a cage for 10 years. These people were just using us to breed! They’re the real animals if you ask me! My fellow captives and I all suffered injuries on some level.

Mine resulted in many infections, forcing me to lose an eye, all my teeth and my lower jaw. It was a real bummer and I thought it was the end of the road for me, but then this wonderful woman walked in soon after surgery and adopted me! Yes, me! And now I’m proud to call her my mom!

I have a step brother and sister, but mom says I’m the King of her Heart :) I just turned 11, I enjoy naps, sun bathing, and oh yeah, hot chicks dig me! Like I said, Rock Star! My mom even got me my own Spurs jersey so I can watch basketball with my dad! I’m not letting struggles hold me back from being super playful and loving!
