Pet's Story or Bio
Rylee is a 2 year old brindle mix. He’s a very loving, sweet dog with a unique story. We picked up Rylee from the SPCA of Texas in Aug 2019. He has 2 dog sisters, 3 cat siblings, and even some chicken and duck friends. He loves lounging on the couch with his humans and playing with tennis balls. Rylee is exceptionally good whenever we have foster puppies or kittens in the house, probably because he himself is a foster animal. We originally started fostering Rylee because he was diagnosed with bone cancer and needed a place outside the shelter to relax and spend his remaining time. What we thought would be a short term commitment ended up being us just getting a third dog. Since we brought him home it has been incredible to see him come out of his shell and just be a dog. He loves to play with his sisters and run around the yard and keep up with them. He loves to hop in the car and go visit his grandmas house, where he usually get lots of scraps and treats. He started out taking 6 pills a day and now takes none. Right now he is just loving life with no end in sight. He’s really proven how awesome dogs are if you just give them a chance and some love.
