Pet's Story or Bio
Our Fred is a Catahoula/ Australian Shepard mix (perhaps?) and despite the breeds’ reputation- he’s not an active dog and prefers to spend his time napping on the couch or snuggling with his human parents- he’s is most definitely a lap dog! ( zero self awareness about his size and weight!)

Fred came to our lives through DFW Rescue Me group almost 3 years ago- he was underweight and showed signs of severe abuse, he didn’t bark for days and the first time he did, he was scared of it! Even though he has come out of his shell and we can see his gentle temperament around our cats and other dogs, he’s still shy around strangers (God only knows the pain he had to endure while he wondered the streets).
He most definitely completes our little family of 3 and goes wherever we go❤️
