Pet's Story or Bio
Louie was adopted from Every Life Matters Animal Rescue (ELMAR). He was thought to be a chi weenie, but turned out to look more like a Min Pin. He was found on the side of the road with a rubber band wrapped around his tail which ultimately had to be surgically removed and his tail rebuilt. He only weighed 2 lbs 9 oz. He now weighs 23 pounds and has finally grown into his ears! His genetic testing found he is 50% miniature pinscher and 23% Australian shepherd.
