The Dog Days of Summer Fun!
Tulah was rescued from a life of NO shelter, water, food, or love and was placed in the FOSPICE program by the SPCA in October 2019. She is a sweet old gal who is a true survivor of animal health illnesses that are PREVENTABLE! So far in the year 2020, she survived a dangerous uterus infection in February and completed heart worm treatment in May. She is a great big sister to SPCA alumni, Annabelle, and older "little" chihuahua brother Scrappy. Tulah fills our house with love and surprises us, as any puppy would, with tricks we didn't know she knew! She is why the SPCA exists, her years have been reversed and her days are filled with happiness and joy since the moment the SPCA saved her. She is Tulah Tough!
