Milo was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas at age 10 in January 2020. He was in pretty rough shape when he arrived. Both ears were infected and he had a “cauliflower” growth in his right ear, both eyes were cloudy and infected, his skin was infected and his teeth were in such bad shape, he had to have nine of them extracted. We began fostering Milo on February 5, 2020, with the intent of finding him his forever family once he healed from his dental surgery. Fast forward to today, Milo is on a very strict prescription diet, allergy injections, medicated baths, liver and joint supplements, medication to control itching. He has recurring ear, eye and skin infections which require additional meds. Milo is now our fospice pup which means he has found his forever family. We dearly love him and are thankful that we are able to take care of him with tremendous help and support from the amazing vet staff and foster team of the SPCA of Texas.
