Apollo was adopted from SPCA of Texas just before my husband came back to New England after loosing his job temporarily due to Covid reductions. My husband, son, and Apollo traveled for several days to get back home. After about 3 days, Apollo told my husband, "We are traveling too much. We need to have more fun. And I should be able to sleep with Scott." We had no idea where he got that idea until months later when Scott confessed that he had let the puppy sleep on his lap the first night after he joined our family. He is a pandemic puppy. He spent the whole year sitting on my teenage son's lap while he engaged in on line schooling. He sat there through zoom classes, through exams, and through homework. They have been inseparable. Apollo is also best friends with our other dog, Rocket.
