Pence was an owner surrender and had the most comical personality. Loved every dog and every person he ever met. He was a great foster for sure. He was the first “talking” dog we had and boy did he let it rip. Loved to cuddle upside down on the sofa with us which was hysterical. Best dog ever!!!!
