We started fostering Charlie from SPCA until she could gain confidence and trust in interacting with humans. By the time she was ready for adoption, my husband had already fallen in love with sweet girl. While we already had two dogs of our own, and I always wanted a space to foster dogs in the future, I decided to adopt Charlie for my husband on Valentine's day. Since she has become our permanent family member, we decided to continue to foster dogs. If we could do three dogs, why not do four??? Charlie always shows such kindness and empathy toward other dogs when they come to our home. Thank you SPCA for bringing Charlie to our lives.
