Hello I am Dorothea I am a very special cat and I want to tell you why I have a disability my disability is basically cerebral palsy for cats otherwise known as wobbly cat syndrome. I was dropped off at a shelter when I was a kitten before they opened. The shelter kept me for many years and didn’t think i would ever be adopted because they didn’t think I could walk or climb and needed so much extra care. Well my daddy saw me online and he was determined that I needed to be his because he also has cerebral palsy and has learned how to adjust to the everyday world. Well once I came home with my Daddy and grandma I sawhim do things so I decided I wanted to prove to the world that being disabled doesn't mean we can not succeed. I can now walk through the house only wobbling down once or twice. I love to travel and my favorite place during tripsis climbing i
Onto hotel chairs they are so comfy. Plus I scared my Gigi when I woke her the first time I climbed onto the bed to get to sleep with my cousin who went with us on a trip. She’s 4 so I like playing with her. My Daddy and I just finished up our sophomore year at OU where I became the Dorm Mascot especially during Tornado warning. I realized my purpose is to help everyone stay calm.
