Pet's Story or Bio
Our family inherited Brie when my father-in-law passed away (he adopted her!). I jokingly started calling her Cranjis (from one of my favorite shows) and it stuck! Our previous cat had just passed away and I wasn't sure we were ready for another one but we couldn't turn her away. And I am so glad we didn't. She is such a lovable cat and my constant companion. I work from home and Cranjis has her own chair in my office that she sleeps in most of the workday. She also likes to sit on my shoulder while I'm at my desk, especially during my zoom calls. She thinks she is a dog and loves to go out in the backyard and sniff around. If I am ever feeling down she is the first one to find me and give me snuggles. When I sit down, she is usually there within a minute requesting to curl up on my lap. She loves to roll around and lie on her back all stretched out. She is also quite mischievous. She likes to play in the dog's water bowl and make a huge mess. She likes to hide in boxes and swipe at unsuspecting passers by. When we are working on a puzzle, she will nibble on the pieces. On the way to the hospital, my father-in-law asked that no matter what we take good care of his kitty. I hope he knows she is a very much loved member of our family.
