A little about me...
Meet Laine, also known as Lainey Lou. Laine is a deaf double merle border collie who Speak! brought into rescue in 2017. Laine and her brother hitched a ride all the way from Oregon to St. Louis, thanks to a volunteer who took on the epic journey. The real adventure began when Laine's foster mom laid eyes on her and knew right away it was game over. Let’s just say, "foster fail" happened in record time.

With her huge personality and sassy nature Laine keeps her border collie siblings on their toes (and sometimes on their last nerve). Some would say she has her mom wrapped around her paw but according to Laine, she’s queen bee and deserves all the love!
