A little about me...
Moxie earned her name the first time she visited her furever home. Ever since, she has been told how pretty and smart she is by everyone she meets. While she may be small in size, she has the biggest Type A personality. She’s opinionated, loyal, playful, and highly intelligent.

Moxie’s ice blue eyes often capture the attention of passersby. Many ask if she is an Aussie, but she is a Border Collie through and through. Just ask the two larger dogs she lives with! They get herded around every time all 3 are playing together in the back yard. Most people don’t realize she is deaf until they see her harness or say something she should respond to. Moxie doesn’t need hearing to live her best life. She fully understands many hand signals and facial expressions. She loves to do any activity as long as she is with her dog-dad or foster friends.

Moxie likes the winter season because she can run outside as much as she likes without getting too hot. She came to her furever home in December 2022, another reason to love the winter. Moxie’s holiday wish was granted when she met Santa in December 2023. Her face was perfectly captured at the moment she realized Santa was real. Now Moxie can just enjoy the holidays with her family because she has everything she has ever wished for. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
