A little about me...
Duchess was found as a stray in November 2023, emaciated and very ill. A rural shelter took her in and brought her back to health. She is thought to be 13 years old. The shelter knew her time there was limited and she was not very adoptable, so they contacted Speak! to rescue her. Duchess became a Speakling in January 2024 and has really come to life. She loves everyone she meets, and enjoys walks, treats, soft beds, and playing fetch. She and her mom are thankful to Speak for taking in a senior who just needed some TLC and a soft bed, to live out her days in safety, comfort, peace, and love.
