A little about me...
Odyssey, affectionately known as Odie, joined the Speak! family in August 2023. When he was rescued, we were hopeful his severe heart murmur could be resolved. Sadly, further testing revealed Odie had been diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a complex and terminal heart condition.

Despite this diagnosis, Odie has embraced life with open paws. His name, Odyssey, is no accident. It reflects his journey and his purpose to bring joy, laughter, hope, and love to everyone he meets. Odie is a beautiful reminder to not take any moment for granted and to treat each day as an adventure.

Since joining Speak!, Odie has truly lived up to his name. From a trip to South Dakota to sailing on Lake Michigan, he's packed his days with adventure. His greatest adventure yet was undergoing heart surgery, which we hope will grant him a better quality of life and more years to continue living life to the fullest.
