HOW TO SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS
- The minimum donation for submitting a photo to be included in the EpiscoPAWlian photo calendar is $10 per photo. You may submit as many photographs as you like.
- Online: To submit photos online, go to http://www.gogophotocontest.com/StAndrewsEpiscopawlian and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet(s.) Online entries must be received by 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 31.
- Hand delivery: If you need assistance entering your photo online, please talk to a J2A representative during Coffee Hour or contact Allison Shea at aliesen@aol.com or 867-2995 and we can assist you. Hand delivered entries must be received by 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 25 to allow time for processing.
- All eligible photos submitted by 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 31 will be included in the 2016 calendar.
- All votes are donations to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law.
ELIGIBLE PHOTOGRAPHS
- Photos may contain one or more pets
- Photos must:
- be in color
- contain only pets (no people)
- Any image that includes people, or content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, will be removed from the Photo Fundraiser.
- Photographs may not be edited or altered (other than minor color, contrast, or sharpness adjustments)
- Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant, OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image.
- Any members OR friends of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church are eligible to enter.
VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITES
- Once a photo is submitted, it will appear in the online gallery on the calendar contest website, and be open to voting by the general public. Votes are $1 each, with a minimum $5 donation for five votes.
- All votes for photo submissions will be tabulated and displayed online.
- To vote online, go to http://www.gogophotocontest.com/standrewsepiscopawlian and click on the "Participate" tab. The online voting period will end 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 31. Donate a minimum of $5 for five votes. Those votes can then be cast for any submitted photo in one-vote increments.
- Voting in person will take place during Coffee Hour each week during the voting period. A photo display will be provided and you will be able to vote for your choice with cash or check.
- The official ending time for the Photo Fundraiser will appear prominently on the Photo Fundraiser website as a countdown clock on the last day of the fundraiser. The photograph with the most votes (donations) at the end of the submission period will be the winning entrant.
