All donations will be used to help care for our shelter dogs and support the youth who prepare them for adoption. The proceeds will help pay for spay/neuter, healthy food, vaccinations, new toys, blankets, and rain gear (for both the pups and youth). Spring time can be rainy and the dogs still need their exercise!

1. Individuals may enter 1 photo in the contest
2. All entries are due by May 31, 2018 at 8PM PST

1^st category: May the 4^th be with you! Aka Star Wars
In honor of May 4^th, show us the best picture of your dog decked out in Star Wars gear!

2^nd category: May Flowers
Show us a picture of your dog with flowers or surrounded by nature - April showers bring May flowers.

There will be a winner selected in each category!


Winners from each category will have their picture featured in Project POOCH's 2019 calendar as the main picture for the month in which they won. 2^nd and 3^rd place will also get a shout out and smaller picture featured in the calendar.


Project POOCH, Inc. has paired youths incarcerated at the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in Woodburn, Oregon, with shelter dogs since 1993. The dogs are spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and trained to pass the Canine Good Citizen Test. The shelter dogs are then adopted into loving forever homes, and the youth reenter the community with improved vocational and personal skills.
