About My Dog
Hi I’m Handsome Dan. My beginnings were quite the story line. I was brought into the St Croix Animal Welfare Center with severe mange. I was deemed "Project Dog" and taken under the wings of the entire staff. They gave me my first bow tie and now I help pick them out for every event and season. After 3 months of care and love I was well enough to be my way to Florida with the Paws from Paradise program. Well the day before my medical check up I was pulled off the flight by my future Daddy and stayed right where I belong, St. Croix! Yay me!!!! I'm a true Coconut Retriever!
