About My Dog
My wife, Robin Freeman, found Momma and 7 newly-born puppies living in the bush near Chenay Bay. Momma was starving but making sure her puppies were fed. Robin made eye contact with Momma and Momma decided that she had found her forever family and carefully came over to Robin to gently take some food from her hand. Robin and a neighbor's 11-year old helped rescue the puppies and brought them (and Momma) home. When the puppies were old enough to be adopted, we took them and Momma to SCAWA for placement for adoption. All 7 puppies were quickly adopted, but Momma found no takers. She's been in the forever home she picked out ever since!
