About My Dog
Pinky is a quirky senior lady who doesn’t let her age or small stature slow her down. A former owner surrender, she was adopted at 10 years old from the St. Croix Animal Welfare Center, where she was given a second chance at a loving home. She traded tropical Christiansted for the much cooler (but equally beautiful) Massachusetts coast and quickly made herself part of the family. Now an impressive 15 years old, Pinky has lost most of her teeth but not her zest for life. She still delights in running on the beach, rolling in the sand, and bravely exploring the Atlantic on her family’s boat. Forever an island girl at heart, she hasn’t quite warmed up to New England snow!!
