About My Dog
Shiloh showed up around our neighborhood back in October of 2024. She was very skinny and terrified of people. We started feeding her every day. We would call out for her if she wasn’t in her normal spot and she would come running for food (but still wanted nothing to do with us). One day, I got her to follow me to our house. She wouldn’t cross over the gate, but would sit outside, watching our other dogs play in the yard. This went on for a couple of months. I think finally one day she just decided that we weren’t so bad and crossed that threshold. She’s been stuck with us ever since and we are so lucky she trusted us enough to be her family.
