Roscoe was six months old when he was rescued from the Humane Society of Pulaski County and found his furever home. Roscoe enjoys sunbathing, snuggling, and squeaking his favorite toy. Roscoe loves to give big hugs and kisses when he’s feeling sweet, but gives even bigger barks when he’s feeling sassy. He is a lot to love, but Roscoe gives all the love he’s got. He is the life of the pawty and my very best friend. 🐾🤍🐶
