Missy Foo is a 3 year old German Shepard. She was surrendered to a shelter in North Carolina, due to the death of her owner. She was transported to St. Hubert's, and we were very fortunate to meet her. Missy Foo has been a delight 😊...We are great full to St. Hubert's for bringing us together. ❤️
