Why I am a Ravishing Rescue?
Desert Paws Rescue rescued Pretty Lady. These are cats given before being euthanized. I don't know the exact history before her rescue but her willingness to trust and be open to the hands of hoomans really held on to my heart. I knew she was mine the second I pet her. Taking her to the vet as an adult 3-year-old cat, she was under 5lbs, an ear infection in each ear and infected with ringworm which she eventually gave to her hooman. After 2 months of grueling, towel burrito cat twice daily medications and she BLOSSOMED. She has become a very vocal, bird-hunting, sweet cat that my neighbors learned to love, and I've had the pleasure of taking care of for the last 3 years.
