Your Cat's Adoption Story
Gatsby came into our lives when he was just 2 weeks old, less than 6 ounces, and the only survivor of his litter of 4.
We named him after The Great Gatsby because he had to be bottle fed to overcome tremendous odds just to survive; kittens without mother’s milk battle more to survive.
As time passed, he beat the challenges of his tough beginning, intermittent health issues and blossomed into a fine young adult, who loves to sleep with his “parents.”
He thinks he should be the center of attention, which he is most of the time, since he’s the youngest of our 8 “babies”. He waits patiently for his siblings to get out of the new cat bed, or cat tree and immediately takes ownership, but that’s what the youngest child does, right?
