We took on our first foster dog just over a year ago & 6 days later decided that we couldn't let him go. Howie is the best, silliest, cuddliest good boy out there. He is also a celebrity & always making others smile in our neighborhood by always, and I mean always, having a toy (more notably his duck, gator, or lamby) with him on walks.
