Howie came into our lives when we decided to open our doors to foster-little did we know that he was not going anywhere and we decided to adopt only 6 days in. Howie has brightened our lives & the lives of others - esp when walking around ALWAYS having a toy in his mouth. He is the most fun, lovable, 85 lb lap dog that we never knew we needed. Thank you STS for your work and fulfilling your mission.
