Charlie is an alumni of Franklin County Dog Shelter - but has a brother who is an alumni of STS. She is a 5 year old pup & is the most well behaved dog! We adopted her in March 2018 and she quickly became our best friend. She came from a rough home to the shelter. When we first got her in 2018, she was timid & shy but quickly learned that not all people are bad and now showers us with licks and love. She is so sweet and so smart - she truly lights up our lives with happiness and love.
