Dog's Story or Bio
We adopted Monte (formerly Monday) from the days of the litter week, in September from STS. He came from a rural Ohio shelter. There wasn’t much known about him and his litter mates. We had just lost our 13 year old basset mix. I vowed I would never get another puppy! The house was so quiet though. Our 11 year old just moped around. He is very dog aggressive. His foster mom’s Amanda and Ashley were great! They knew that Monte would be perfect for our family…they were right! He is happy, loves everyone, especially the other dogs in the neighborhood! We have only heard him bark once. He loves chasing his tail, chewing on bones, and playing with his toys! He has added so much fun and joy to our home!
