We adopted Katie 2 years ago from Sumter SPCA, It was obvious she was both abused & neglected. After much love and tenderness, she has become the best pup ever. She recently received the Good Canine Award and will soon be coming a therapy dog. We love her so very much & are blessed to have her in our home.
