Rules

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• All photos entered must be owned by the participant or family of the participant and must be of his/her own personal pet/pets. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
• We cannot accept Polaroids, photos with digital overlays, photo stickers or doodles.
• Photos must be high resolution. Photos that are not high enough resolution may be rejected for this contest.
• Photos of cats, dogs, horses, small mammals and birds are accepted. Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from the Sumter SPCA to be eligible to enter this contest.
• Your photo may contain more than one pet. There is no limit to how many photos you can enter.
• Once entered, photos become the property of the Sumter SPCA and may be used for print and marketing purposes.
• All photos must be approved before they will be posted as entrants. Photos containing inappropriate content will be immediately rejected. Contest will run from July 1, 2015 and end at midnight on August 31.
• All votes must be completed through our online photo contest website. Each vote is $1.00.

• All photos added by entrant on this page are eligible for nomination. You can also add more photos to increase your chances of winning! The number of fan votes determines who wins the contest when it ends.
• This contest is valid for anyone who wants to enter who owns a pet or pets. We will collect the address and contact details of the winner privately for dispatching the prize.
• All entries received during the contest period can be used/reproduced by the Sumter SPCA in any form at their sole discretion for purposes of advertising.
• Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, pornographic, harmful or unfit according to the Sumter SPCA will not be considered valid entries for the contest and shall be disqualified.
• The Sumter SPCA reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to this contest.
• We will not condone photographs of any illegal/harmful/unethical activities and will remove these from the page without notification if uploaded
