Hero was a street dog rescued from Puerto Rico. He came to Suncoast Humane Society from Miami and was a mess. Antibiotics and medicated baths took care of the things that ailed him and his wonderful personality surfaced and captured everyone's hearts. My Scout died on June 1, 2025 and that's when Hero and I found each other. He has big paws to fill and is helping fill my broken heart. He and I have fallen in love and hope to have many years together.
