This is Rhea the naked birdy. She lives in west Palm Beach with Isobella Eisenberg.
Rhea is a 3 year old love bird and has a disease known as Psittacine beak and feather that took all her feathers and they will not grow back.
Rhea does not know she has a handicap and just runs where others fly. She even has a boyfriend and they made eggs. The only problem was that when birds gather nesting material they tuck them under their wings to bring to the nest. Rhea’s problem was with no feathers when she tucked the material it just fell out. She did manage to lay three eggs.
Rhea has a worldwide following. Some of those that watch her on Facebook make little outfits for her to wear. She is pictured in her formal dress. She also has a superman cape and a flag. One guy even has a "Rhea" tattoo.
