Pet's Story or Bio
Otter is a 3-year old border collie mix born and raised in the PNW! He was born with an overbite that prevents him from using his front row of teeth, but not from chasing frisbees and catching tennis balls. His favorite thing to do besides fetch is watch TV, especially videos of other border collies herding sheep!
