Oliver is a Tacoma native. Born and raised in the Grit City, adopted from the Tacoma Humane Society, and even blessed at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church with a medallion of St. Francis of Assisi to prove it. Oliver has a personality that is bigger than life. Sweet and loving, mischievous yet refined. This handsome boy warms the heart of everyone he meets, no matter how allergic or “more of a dog person” you are.
