Pet's Story or Bio
Rhea came from Tijuana when she was 6 months old to stay with a foster, who happened to be my mom’s neighbor. My mom told me to come meet her and I wasted no time. I went to see her right after work that day and spent 2 hours with her. I knew in that moment that I had to adopt her. Watching her learn to trust people and grow in the last year and a half has shown me that any dog can thrive if they’re given a fair chance.
