Pet's Story or Bio
Dobby was recused from the streets of Bakersfield, CA this past spring. Not only is he wrinkly like Dobby the house elf from Harry Potter, but he loves socks. He is a Chihuahua/small breed mutt, with a touch of Shar Pei (thus the wrinkly face). We can't imagine our lives without this spunky guy!
