Tuggy Bear is the MOST personable loving Shih Tzu you've ever seen. Everyday is the BEST day and he adores everyone he meets. And yes, his tongue is out all day everyday. He is also a bit of a celebrity impersonator. But rules are rules and I couldnt submit a photo with a human in it, but they are priceless! He would be honored to be placed on a mural to make brighten peoples day with a smile.
