Found in a Houston grocery store parking lot at six weeks old, a rescuer discovered a brave kitten, whose eyes had never developed. Due to infection, those eyes were removed. Frijole Bean is now 2 years old and thriving thanks to the incredible foster family who took her in, treated her, loved her, and let her go to a family in Washington. Bean is a model of courage and resilience as she maps each room and then sprints through them with confidence, despite a bump or two. We are blessed to have this little Bean in our lives.
