Pet's Story or Bio
Penelope was found in Texas in a box with her twin sister on the side of a building. She made the long journey to Washington on Project Freedom Ride and arrived on October 19, 2021. She has brought us so much love and laughter. Penelope goes everywhere with us. She even has a pink stroller that we bring out with us if we’re going to the store or out to eat!
